From multi-layer complexity to a platform ready to scale
Built the launch website and the initial structure of the B2C app from scratch, and set up a role- and permission-based platform foundation.
The context
Alpin Capital is building a multi-layer investment platform for different audiences, from institutional partners to end clients. Klintt is the public layer that educates and acquires a new generation of investors through content and a simplified narrative. An ambitious vision, multiple audiences, and a complex product architecture, all intertwined.
The problem
The challenge was not drawing a few screens. It was bringing clarity to a system that had to work across very different user types. On the product side, roles, permissions, and navigation were not structured yet — without a solid foundation, admin, manager, and client dashboards and complex financial actions risked becoming confusing fast. On the brand and acquisition side, Klintt had to exist before the product. It needed to educate, build trust, and capture leads without leaning on a product that was not fully live.
What we did
We stepped in at an early stage and built both the product foundation and the public website. On the product side, we defined the global navigation structure, mapped roles and permissions, and split the platform into clear modules. We built dashboards per profile — admin, manager, and client — around readability, hierarchy, and actionable data. On the Klintt side, we built the marketing website with a content-first approach, creating an ecosystem of educational pages (articles, crypto topics, FAQ) that builds trust and acquisition before conversion. We wired in tracking, lead-capture flows, and analytics integrations like GA4 so everything was measurable from day one. Everything shipped ready to use, in a fast async workflow.
The impact
The product gained a clear structural foundation. Roles, navigation, and modules are defined, making future development faster and more consistent. The dashboards are easier to understand and aligned with real user needs, reducing confusion as the platform grows. Klintt is live with a content-driven approach, letting the team start acquiring users and building credibility before the full product rollout. Tracking and lead generation are already in place, turning the website into a real acquisition tool rather than a showcase. The team gained clarity, speed, and a solid base to scale both product and brand.
Selected work

The collaboration was dynamic and we are more than satisfied with the results. They understood our needs precisely and built everything from the product foundation to the public website like one team. I highly recommend it.
